Before Morella’s Forest became one of the defining acts of the Tooth & Nail Records roster, they were a scrappy shoegaze outfit from Dayton, Ohio trading cassettes in hopes someone would notice. Bozur is where it started. Recorded in 1993 on an 8-track with friend Chris Siever, these four songs capture the band in its earliest form; raw, noisy, and already reaching toward something. It features the original lineup, including bassist John Wullenweber, and is the only Morella’s Forest release on which Sean McCorkle played guitar rather than bass. This is the cassette that set everything in motion. Restored from the original demo tape and remastered for 2026 by Chris Colbert (co-producer of the band’s 1995 T&N debut Superdeluxe). New design by Cameron George. Limited to 100 first-run copies, housed in an eco-wallet in a resealable outer bag. First-ever official CD release. For fans of Lush, Medicine, Curve, Slowdive, and the original Tooth & Nail first wave.
