Middle-Aged Queers is an LGBTQ+ punk group on a mission to make punk music gay again. Featuring former members of The Cost, The Shondes, and Fang, they embody a spirit of defiant queer joy, performing at DIY venues and festivals across North America, including Punk Rock Bowling and Pouzza. Their third album, “Theatre of Shame,” takes a more polished approach while retaining the grooves and catchy hooks queerdos and cis-hets have come to love. It features guest appearances from Anna Joy Springer of Blatz and Jeff Suffering from Ninety Pound Wuss, showcasing their connections to various generations of the punk scene.
