  • Who and what is Hostile City (HCDistro.com)? HCDistro is the online storefront for Hostile City Distribution that exclusively distributes a wide range of products from various record labels.
  • What kind of products do you sell? We sell a variety of products, including vinyl records, CDs, cassette tapes, apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats), zines, and other accessories. Our inventory is constantly updated with new arrivals.
  • Where are you located? We are an online-only store and operate out of Philadelphia, PA, USA. Our warehouse is located in Pottstown, PA, USA. We do not have a physical storefront.
  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Shipping is calculated at checkout. 2. Ordering & Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal.
  • Is my payment information secure? Yes, our website uses a secure SSL certificate to encrypt all transactions and protect your personal information.
  • Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to cancel or modify your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible here. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.
  • How do I check the status of my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment. We highly encourage you to create an account when placing your order, allowing easy access to your order status and history.
  • Why was my order canceled? In some cases, an order may be canceled due to an inventory discrepancy or a payment issue. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund and an email notification explaining the reason.
  • What happens when I order multiple items, including one that is on backorder/pre-order? Orders ship complete when all items are in stock.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
  • What are your shipping costs? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • What if my item arrives damaged? If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, here, with a photo of the damaged product and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

4. Product Specifics

  • What is the difference between a backorder and a regular order? A backorder is an item that is not yet available or temporarily out of stock for immediate shipping. The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page. A regular order is for an item that is currently in stock and ready to ship.
  • How do you grade your vinyl records? All records are new and in factory packaging.
  • Are your products officially licensed? Yes, all of our products are officially licensed and sourced directly from the artists, labels, or official distributors. We do not sell bootlegs or counterfeit merchandise.
