If 30 days have passed since your buy, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To finish your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merchandise that has been opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will email you once we receive and inspect your return. This email confirms that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Sale items can&#8217;t be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver. If the gift giver shipped the order to themselves, they will be notified of your return.
